In this final part of the How To Visualise Your Way To Your Dream Health series, we shift from dreaming to doing. Now that you’ve met your dream self and created a vision for her life, it’s time to start closing the gap between where you are now and where she lives.
This is where lasting change begins—not by overhauling your life overnight, but by consistently aligning your thoughts, habits, and identity with your future self.

Real transformation doesn’t start with a new diet or workout routine—it starts with your beliefs. Every decision you make stems from what you believe about yourself and what you think is possible.
Through the power of neuroplasticity, your brain is always capable of change. By identifying your current limiting beliefs and replacing them with ones that align with the woman you are becoming, you can literally rewire your thought patterns to support a healthier, more empowered you.
When you combine new beliefs with aligned habits and consistent identity shifts, you don’t just try to act like her—you begin to become her.

Reflection Exercise
Take a moment to get honest with yourself. What beliefs are you holding onto that are no longer serving you?
Examples might include:
“I always fall off track.”
“I don’t have the discipline.”
“Nothing ever sticks for me.”
Now rewrite those into beliefs your highest self would live by:
“I’m allowed to grow at my own pace.”
“Caring for my body comes naturally now.”
“I trust myself to show up, even on the hard days.”
Next, ask yourself:
What does my future self do each day that I’m not doing yet?
How does she treat her body, her time, her mind?
Choose just one of her habits and begin implementing it today.
Action Steps
Identify Your Limiting Beliefs
Write down any stories or thought patterns that have kept you stuck in old cycles.
Rewrite Them Into Empowering Truths
Craft new beliefs your dream self holds with confidence, and repeat them daily.
Choose One Aligned Habit
Pick one habit your future self already does—like journaling, walking in the morning, or nourishing meals—and begin today.
Keep Your Vision Close
Revisit your vision board and life script often. Read them. Feel them. Let them guide your energy and choices.
