In Part Two of the How To Visualise Your Way To Your Dream Health series, we go deeper. Now that you've met your dream self through visualisation, it's time to bring her world to life through two powerful tools: your vision board and your life script.

These are more than just creative exercises—they’re intentional practices to rewire your subconscious, reinforce your identity shift, and help you align with your future self every single day.

Why This Step Matters

Visual and written anchors are incredibly effective because they create repeated exposure to the identity you're stepping into. Your brain is influenced by what it sees, feels, and hears consistently. When you feed it empowering imagery and affirming language, you reinforce the belief that your dream life isn’t a fantasy—it’s already forming.

Both your vision board and your life script serve this purpose:

  • The vision board offers emotional imagery that evokes energy, desire, and alignment.
  • The life script offers language, clarity, and embodiment of how your dream self actually lives. 

Together, they create a daily environment that supports your transformation from the inside out.

Life Script Example

To keep it simple and approachable, here’s a short life script you can use as inspiration:

“I wake up feeling rested and calm. I feel good in my body—lighter, stronger, and more connected to myself than I’ve felt in years.
I start my morning slowly and move in a way that feels good. I eat food that makes me feel energised and clear.
I no longer overthink or judge my choices—I trust myself. I feel proud of who I’m becoming, and I’m finally at peace in my body.”

You can write yours in the present tense, as if you’re already living it. The goal is to give your subconscious a clear message about where you’re going and who you are becoming.

Action Steps

Create Your Vision Board
Use Pinterest, Canva, a photo album on your phone, or go physical with magazines and a corkboard. Choose images and words that evoke emotion, not just “perfect” aesthetics. Look for lifestyle, energy, food, movement, mindset, and freedom.

Write Your Life Script
Describe a day in the life of your healthiest, happiest self. Keep it simple, present-tense, and emotionally grounded. Read it daily to reinforce the belief that this life is already taking shape.

Set a Reminder
Place your vision board where you’ll see it daily. Save your life script in your journal or phone for easy access and repetition.
