Welcome to Part One of the How To Visualise Your Way To Your Dream Health series. This episode is about getting clear—crystal clear—on who you are becoming.

If you’ve spent years jumping between diets, second-guessing yourself, and feeling disconnected from your body, this episode is designed to help you break that cycle.

This is the exact method I used to move from diet frustration into a deep sense of connection with my health, body, and identity. It starts by meeting your Highest Self—through visualisation and intentional identity work.

Why This Practice Matters

Your brain needs clarity. Broad goals like "I want to feel better" or "I want to be healthier" aren’t enough to create lasting change. Through a process called neuroplasticity, your brain can literally rewire itself based on what you repeatedly focus on—especially when emotion and detail are involved.

When you create a strong mental image of your future self, your subconscious begins to filter your thoughts, decisions, and habits to align with that version of you. The more specific and emotionally connected the vision, the more powerful the transformation.

Journal Reflection

After the guided meditation in the episode, take 5–10 minutes to write down:

  • Who is the version of you that lives in your dream health?

  • What are her daily habits and rituals?

  • How does she speak to herself?

  • What does she believe about her worth, her body, her life?

  • What has she let go of?

The more specific you are, the more effective this practice becomes.

Action Step

Open your journal or the notes app on your phone and write a detailed description of your dream self. Include how she feels in her body, how she eats, moves, rests, and makes decisions. Keep this note accessible and revisit it often. This is the first step toward becoming her—not someday, but now.
